About Melissa Canant

Real estate has been a big part of my life for more than 21 years, but for me, it has always been about so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s about people, relationships, new beginnings, and helping others find a place where they can make memories and truly feel at home.

As an Alabama & Georgia Realtor, I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to walk alongside my clients through some of life’s biggest moments. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to build my business through relationships, referrals, and repeat clients. There is something incredibly special about having a client come back to you years later or trusting you to help another member of their family. Those relationships are what make this career so rewarding.

Outside of real estate, I’m a mom and a proud grandmother, and my family means everything to me. I love the beach, photography, and most of all, spending time with the people I love and making memories together.
